Patrick Christmas is a serial entrepreneur and commercial leader with a career spanning population health startups in the U.S. and Europe and military-focused nutrition distribution. He built and led a 100+ person team—primarily from military families—delivering organic products to every branch of the U.S. military Globally under the motto: protecting the military from the inside out.

In healthcare, Patrick has helped bring innovative models and technology of care from Europe and the U.S. to market, improving outcomes and expanding access for diverse communities. Known for blending vision with execution, he thrives at the intersection of mission, growth, and impact.

Patrick serves on the Young Life Board, supports the Victory Cup, partners with the National Christian Foundation, and is active in nonprofit leadership. He and his wife have three children: Grace, a Baylor graduate; Andrew, a student at Clemson; and Lila, currently in high school. Their golden retriever, Scarlet, is a devoted lounge dog. A former endurance athlete and lifelong outdoorsman, Patrick carries the same grit and perseverance into every endeavor.
